When taking up photography 15+ years ago, I was always drawn to focusing on people (pun intended), as I had an early revelation about how much emotion could be conveyed in just one still image.  I'm always searching for these "moments"... the "pictures that paint a thousand words".  The ability to find that moment and pass it on to my clients as a joyful, life-long keepsake is such a fulfilling experience.  Nothing makes me more happy than making others happy, and this craft enables me to do that.

When I'm not taking pictures, I keep busy by spending time with my wonderful wife and two young, energetic children.  I enjoy music, technology, basketball, ultimate frisbee and touring national parks.
